The Find Your Happy System Framework
The Find Your Happy is a simple proven system founded on the idea that personal success and happiness ultimately come from enhanced self-knowledge and awareness. It is based on the universal truth: “You are more than you think you are.”
During the course, you will be guided through a success alignment step-by-step. We will be covering essential self-discovery components including: core values, thoughts and beliefs, vision, intention goals, signature strengths and leadership skills, virtues, support and your unique definition of success.
The Find Your Happy program will assist you to open up the way you think about yourself and set the stage for new personal insights and possibilities.

Week 1: Values – What Is Most Important to You in Life?
“Life’s up and downs provide windows of opportunity to determine your values and goals. Think of using all obstacles as stepping stones to build the life you want.” –Marsha Sinetar
Well, our values influence what we do, how we think and how we feel about the world around us. When we do or see things that go against our values we feel sad, bad or get mad! And when we live life in a way that aligns with our values we feel great – we’re authentic, fulfilled and happy! Once clear on your values, you can make informed life changes – because you’ll be able to choose roles, activities and people that support and enhance your values – and avoid those that contradict them.
Week 2: Beliefs – Explore Empowering and Disempowering Beliefs
“Whether you think you can or whether you think you can’t, you are right.” -Henry Ford
In order to move forward you need to understand your beliefs and which beliefs are limiting. When you believe your life will be hard, your mind will concentrate on this belief and will search for evidence to back up this belief.
Like values, your beliefs motivate you and impact your results. Beliefs can be totally empowering or totally disempowering. Most people are carrying around many disempowering beliefs that bring them down every day and they don’t even know it…
How many disempowering and empowering beliefs are you carrying around with you? Let’s take a look at your beliefs and make sure that they all serve, support, nurture and challenge you.
Week 3: Vision – Gain an In-Depth Understanding of What Makes You Happy

Do you ever wonder what your life dream is? What would you love your life to look like in 3 months’ time?
What makes your heart sing? This inquiry helps you get in touch with what truly gives you joy in life. It asks you, just for a moment, to imagine you’re blissfully happy and feeling true joy – free and light of all cares and worry.
You can’t help but smile (within or without) and you feel relaxed and at peace with yourself and the world. You may even feel a glow from within and a spaciousness in your heart.
Happiness is inside you waiting to be expressed by learning how to connect with yourself, ask some deep meaningful questions and by listening to your inner-voice and taking effective action.

Week 4: Goals – Establish Goals That Excite and Motivate You

Imagine yourself a year from now. What do you see?
In this module we’re exploring your best vision for your life and the goals that will determine your success in achieving that vision.
Goals are the key to success. Writing your goals down and actively pursuing them with thought and zeal, is the simplest way to propel yourself towards success.
You’ll set well-crafted achievable goals based on the vision you have for your life. Reach enough of your goals and success won’t just be just a dream, it will be a by-product. .
Week 5: Skills – Create a Professional Skills Development Plan
“Great talent finds happiness in execution.” -Goethe
The times when we are the happiest are when we are utilizing our natural talents and skills to perform something that we are excited about. In these situations, time somehow ceases to exist and we are living in the moment – living in the flow.
We all have strengths, skills, qualities and personality preferences; the secret is to understand what you are good at. In many cases people feel they have a weakness that others will say are their strengths.
This section helps you identify your natural talents, strengths, and weaknesses, through a series of self-assessment exercises.
Week 6: Support Your Success

Support: WHO we spend our time with is a key influence on our happiness – and whether we succeed or fail.
We often have role models or people we admire. It could be their image, their energy, their people skills or the way they make life seem so easy and uncomplicated.
Happiness experts say that happy, successful people spend most of their time with other people who are happy and successful. Create a spark team of positive people who support, encourage and inspire you to achieve what you want in your life.
Success: Too often we are influenced by society or the perception of others on the meaning of success, but success has no meaning except for what you choose to give it. Give success a meaning that is real and right for you.This is where you take ownership of your success. The 6th layer of the Find Your Happy Framework is to define your own unique definition of success.
Week 7: Bringing It All Together

Create a blueprint for your happiness and success as we do a detox to get rid of the obstacles and energy sucks that are getting in the way of your well-being.
With daily practices and long-term visioning, you’ll gain the momentum you need to spring into success. Commit to letting go of what is holding you back so you can embrace your life with the vitality you need to take on your wildest dreams.
Week 8 – Fear Be Gone: I am Brave!
