One-on-One life coaching for clarity, calm & authentic happiness
A space to come back to yourself
There comes a time when you realize the way you have been living is no longer working for you.
From the outside, life may look perfectly fine. Yet inside, you may feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or quietly aware that something needs to change.
You may have spent so much time taking care of responsibilities, meeting expectations, and being there for everyone else that your own voice has become difficult to hear.
You know you want something different, but you may not know what that looks like or how to begin.
One-on-one coaching gives you the space to slow down, hear yourself clearly, and understand what you truly want. Together, we identify what is keeping you stuck and turn that awareness into choices and practical changes that feel true to you.
What becomes possible when you come back to yourself
- You wake up with a quieter mind and greater clarity.
- Decisions become easier because you're no longer constantly second-guessing yourself.
- You set healthier boundaries while continuing to care about the people you love.
- Saying "no" begins to feel like an act of self-respect instead of guilt.
- You stop organizing your life around everyone else’s expectations and begin making choices that reflect what matters to you.
- You move through change with greater confidence and resilience.
- You have more energy for the people and experiences that truly matter.
- And perhaps most importantly, you begin to feel like yourself again.
Hi, I’m Stella Frances
For much of my life, I believed being strong meant carrying everything, caring for everyone, and continuing to push, no matter how tired I became.
Eventually, burnout forced me to see what I had been too busy to recognize: I had spent so much of my life meeting responsibilities and caring for others that I had left very little room for myself.
Perhaps you understand that feeling. You may have built a life around responsibilities without leaving enough room for yourself. Somewhere along the way, you may have become disconnected from your own needs, uncertain about what would make you happy, or stopped asking yourself, “What do I want?”
You don’t have to wait for life to force the question. My coaching offers a compassionate space to slow down, quiet the noise, and hear your own voice again. Together, we’ll uncover what you truly want so you can move forward with greater clarity, self-trust, and calm.

One-on-One Coaching: What we explore together
Every coaching conversation begins with what matters most to you. You may bring one specific concern, several connected challenges, or a feeling you cannot yet explain.
- Hear your own voice beneath everyone else’s expectations and understand what you truly want at this stage of your life.
- Move through a personal or professional transition and make important decisions with greater confidence.
- Recognize and change patterns that keep pulling you away from yourself.
- Create healthier boundaries and say “no” when you need to, without feeling as though you are abandoning the people you love.
- Pursue a meaningful goal and follow through with practical action.
- Bring more calm and presence into your everyday life.
- Reconnect with joy, fulfillment, and the parts of yourself you have neglected.
- Build a life that reflects your truth, values, and what happiness means to you.
You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly stated goal. Sometimes the first part of coaching is discovering what the real question is. Together, we’ll clarify what matters most now and identify the next steps that can help you move forward with greater confidence.
My approach to one-on-one life coaching
My work brings together transformational life coaching, mindfulness, practical personal-growth tools, and the ancient Greek invitation to Know Yourself.
The more deeply you understand yourself, the more clearly you can recognize what feels true, what no longer belongs in your life, and what deserves your time, love, and energy.
I bring my training, experience, intuition, and full presence to our conversations. You bring your life, your questions, your hopes, and the wisdom you already carry within you.
Our work begins there: two people having an honest conversation about what matters most.
Our work is reflective, but it is also practical. Insight becomes powerful when it changes the choices you make, the boundaries you honor, the steps you take, and the way you live each day.
I will help you turn greater self-understanding into meaningful change, not by telling you who to become, but by helping you trust and live from who you already are.

When you know something needs your attention
One-on-one coaching may be especially helpful if:
- You are questioning a relationship, career direction, or way of living that no longer feels right.
- You are facing an important decision or moving through a transition and need clarity about what comes next.
- You keep repeating a pattern you understand intellectually but have been unable to change.
- You want to set healthier boundaries without damaging the relationships that matter to you.
- You have a meaningful goal but continue postponing the steps that would move it forward.
- You appear capable and successful, yet privately feel exhausted, disconnected, or unfulfilled.
You don’t need to know exactly what needs to change before you begin. Sometimes, you simply know that something needs your attention. Coaching can help you understand what that is and turn what you discover into meaningful change.
What it feels like to be coached by me
For more than a decade, I have supported people through difficult transitions, important decisions, and meaningful changes in their lives.
I know how much courage it can take to speak about what is no longer working when you’re used to holding everything together.
When we speak, you don’t have to arrive with all the answers.
You can come exactly as you are, with the thoughts you have been carrying, the decision you cannot seem to make, the goal you keep postponing, or the quiet sense that you want your life to feel different.
I will listen carefully. I won’t rush you toward an answer. I will help you understand what you are feeling, what you want, and what may be standing in your way.
I will ask questions that invite you to look more deeply, recognize patterns, and see possibilities that can be difficult to notice when you are standing in the middle of your own life.
There is room for honesty and reflection, as well as laughter, surprising realizations, moments of stillness, and the relief of finally saying aloud what you’ve been carrying inside.

This is your space to reconnect with your own wisdom, trust what is true for you, and turn what you discover into meaningful choices and action.
How we work together
Our first step is a complimentary 45-minute Clarity Discovery Call
This is a chance for you to tell me what is happening in your life, what you hope coaching can help you change or create, and what you most need right now.
Together, we will consider whether one-on-one coaching feels like the right next step. There is no pressure and no obligation to continue.
If we decide to work together, your monthly coaching includes:
- Four 60-minute phone sessions each month.
- Email support and gentle accountability between sessions.
- Additional resources, including journaling prompts, mindfulness practices, or reflective exercises selected to support your work.
Every session is centered on what you need at that point in your life. Some conversations may focus on understanding a pattern or seeing a situation differently. Others may focus on a decision, a boundary, or the practical steps needed to move a goal forward. Often, we will do both.
Your first step back to yourself
Free Clarity Session
During your complimentary 45-minute call, we’ll talk about what feels stuck or no longer working, what you would like to change, and whether one-on-one coaching feels right for you. There is no obligation, just an honest conversation to help you gain clarity and feel encouraged and confident about your next step.
What you might be wondering
You don’t need to feel completely ready or know exactly what you want before calling. The Clarity Discovery Call gives us a chance to talk about what is happening and consider whether coaching feels right for you. There is no pressure to continue.
Coaching focuses on your present life, the changes you want to make, and the steps that can help you move forward. Therapy may address mental-health conditions, trauma, emotional healing, or experiences from the past that require clinical care.
Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment. In some circumstances, coaching and therapy can work well together.
We will talk privately by telephone for approximately 45 minutes. You can tell me what is bringing you to coaching, what you would like help with, and what you hope could change. I will explain how I work, answer your questions, and help us determine whether we are a good fit.
That is completely understandable. Speaking honestly about your life can feel vulnerable, especially when you are accustomed to handling things by yourself. You don’t need to prepare anything or know exactly what to say. Think of it as a heartfelt conversation about where you are and what you need.
My coaching is personal, thoughtful, and grounded in the belief that your way begins within. I will not give you a formula for how your life should look or tell you who you should become.
I combine more than a decade of experience with transformational life coaching, mindfulness, practical tools, honest questions, and the Greek wisdom of “Know Yourself.” Our work helps you understand yourself, trust your own direction, and turn insight into choices and action.

I would be honored to begin that conversation with you.
